Applying for a property?
You need to complete a Tenancy Application Form that includes details about your personal information, employment, tenancy history and your referees. Your application should also include a copy of your photo ID, rent receipts and any other supporting documentation. You will be contacted on receipt of your application form and again when approved.

Routine Inspections
During the course of your tenancy, Flat Rate Property Management will conduct routine inspections of the premises. We will arrange a suitable time approximately one week in advance, and won’t take too long.
Repairs & Maintenance
As a tenant you are expected to keep the rental property under good general maintenance. Where there is a repair needed, please fill out the Repairs & Maintenance form and the issues will be taken to the owner for approval.
